Delete Your Account
You can delete your Droobex account and the personal data associated with it at any time, either directly from the app or by contacting us.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the Droobex app (Shipper or Driver) and sign in.
- Go to your Profile from the bottom menu.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion. Your account is deactivated immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion.
Request deletion by email
Email us at support@droobex.com and include the phone number your account is registered with, asking us to delete your account. We will verify the request and process it.
What is deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo) is permanently removed.
- Uploaded verification documents (ID, driving licence, vehicle documents) are permanently removed.
- Records of completed shipments, payments, and invoices are retained for as long as Saudi law requires, then deleted.
- Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
