Droobex has no depots and no set routes. You choose both ends of the journey yourself, and drivers bid on the trips that suit them. That includes routes a scheduled network would refuse or surcharge.

What does it cost to post an order?
Nothing. Posting an order and receiving offers is free — you only pay once you accept an offer you are happy with.
When am I charged?
Your card is charged when you accept a driver’s offer, before pickup. Payments run through Tap and Moyasar with 3-D Secure, and your card details are never shared with the driver.
How do you check drivers?
Every driver uploads identity and licence documents, and our team reviews and approves them before they can bid on your order.
What if no one bids?
Nothing happens and you pay nothing. You can edit the order, adjust the timing, or simply leave it posted for longer.
Can I talk to the driver?
Yes. Once a driver is assigned you can message them or send a voice note in the app, right through until delivery.
