Payments and Fees

Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Service fees and commission rates are displayed in the app. Drivers receive payments after successful delivery completion.

Droobex acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the actions of shippers or drivers, cargo damage, delays, or disputes between users. Each user is an independent contractor.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Users may close their accounts at any time through the app settings.
