How do I get started as a driver?

Download the Droobex Driver app, complete your profile, upload required documents for verification, and start browsing available shipments.

How do I post a shipment?

Download the Droobex Shipper app, create an account, tap 'Post Shipment', enter pickup and delivery details, add photos, and submit. You'll receive bids from drivers within minutes.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Tap Payments). Shippers pay when accepting a bid, and drivers receive payment after successful delivery.

What if there's a problem with my delivery?

Contact our support team immediately through the in-app chat or email. We'll help resolve any issues with your shipment or delivery.

Which areas does Droobex cover?
